A gut remodel of a 1960’s 3-unit building, the interior systems were entirely replaced including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Thermal envelope upgrades were made to improve the efficiency of the new heat pump HVAC. The scope of design work included architectural, interiors, and landscape.
