LKCollaborative Architecture (LKC) is an architecture practice based in New York City and Athens, Greece. LKC is led by licensed architects Brad Leibin, AIA, and George Kontaroudis, AIA, CHPD, LEED AP BD+C, who bring more than 40 years of combined experience at leading architecture firms. Together they have designed over 2,000 homes including supportive housing, family affordable housing, workforce housing, dormitories, as well as market rate housing. LKC’s experience also includes boutique hospitality work, single-family residential, and office interiors. Prior to founding LKC, Leibin was an Associate and at Marvel in New York City as well as an Associate at David Baker Architects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Kontaroudis was a Senior Project Manager at Morris Adjmi Architects.
