An innovative, first-of-its-kind, prefabricated, modular hotel offers short-term stays for employees and collaborators on a corporate campus.

The project was a collaboration with Factory OS, an innovative modular factory in Vallejo, California. In addition to the design of the buildings themselves, the interior design was of major importance. We strove to create a welcoming, memorable, and fun hotel atmosphere both within guest suites and the lobby/amenity spaces. The hotel design has been extremely well-received by guests and hotel management.
