A boutique prefabricated modular development comprising 310 micro hotel suites distributed across five buildings. The project was a collaboration with Factory OS, an innovative modular factory in Vallejo, California. Bay View Modular Suites was Factory OS’s first project that launched their business. Brad worked with engineers, GC, and the factory team to develop construction strategy and details that not were used not only on this project but as prototypes for future Factory OS modular projects. Our scope included both architecture and interior design.
